Okay so I admit that it was actually the 2nd of July but this was our day to celebrate Independence Day.
It was one of our best fourths yet.
Saturday we spent the day at the lake with our high school friends. Really Brandon and Tyler have known Jason and Caleb since they were little tikes running around in their diapers and I have known them since middle school. It was so fun this year since Jason and Caleb brought their wives Sarah and Ashley - whom I love.
P.S. We are all pretty much hanging over the edge of the boat to fit in this picture.

We swam.
We enjoyed a childhood favorite - popsicles!
We went for various rides.
We tubed.
We went for a dusk boat ride.
And the highlight of the day - fireworks on the boat and the most killer sunset.
I can never again watch fireworks any other way.
